  • Your phone system is reaching end of lifeMoving to cloud calling or Microsoft Teams without losing call flows that work.
  • Outages are disrupting the businessRedundant connectivity, failover and a clear path to escalate.

What we help you evaluate

Six areas, considered together.

Your network, phones and security depend on one another. Buying each separately, from different salespeople, is how gaps and overlapping charges appear.

Connectivity & managed networks

Fiber, broadband, fixed wireless and SD-WAN, with diverse paths so one cut line doesn’t take you offline.

A common finding: circuits still billing at sites you’ve left.

Business communications

Cloud phone systems (UCaaS), Microsoft Teams calling, mobile apps and number porting.

A common finding: paying for more lines and features than you use.

Customer experience

Contact center platforms (CCaaS): queues, IVR, recording, omnichannel and reporting.

A common finding: licensing sized for a larger team than you have.

Cloud & continuity

Hosting, colocation, backup and disaster recovery, sized to how long you can afford to be down.

A common finding: backups that have never been test-restored.

Cybersecurity

Managed detection and response, firewalls, email security and awareness training, matched to real requirements.

A common finding: overlapping tools from different vendors.

AI & automation

AI call answering, missed-call text-back and workflow automation where it saves real time.

A common finding: after-hours calls going straight to voicemail.

Straight answers

Questions worth asking any advisor.

How is Royal Gorge Advisors paid?

Through the providers. When you sign with a provider we introduce, that provider pays Royal Gorge a commission or ongoing fee. You aren’t billed separately for advisory work. Compensation differs between providers, which is a potential conflict of interest. We manage it by comparing options against your written requirements, showing our reasoning, and telling you when keeping your current provider is the better choice.

Will you tell us to keep what we have?

Yes, when that’s the right answer. Sometimes the best outcome of a review is confirming your current setup, or using the comparison to renegotiate with your existing provider.

Do you replace our IT provider or MSP?

No. We work alongside your IT team or managed services provider. They know your environment day to day; we focus on the provider market, proposals and contract terms.

Do you review contracts?

We highlight terms that deserve attention, such as term length, auto-renewal, early termination, price increases and service levels. We aren’t attorneys and this isn’t legal advice; for significant agreements we recommend legal review.

We’re still under contract. Is it too early to talk?

Usually not. Starting six to twelve months before a renewal leaves time to compare options and avoid an automatic renewal on terms you didn’t choose.

What size businesses do you work with?

The process fits best for businesses with roughly ten to a few hundred employees, from a single location to several dozen. Smaller businesses are welcome; the work simply moves faster.

Technology services are provided by third-party providers under their own agreements. Royal Gorge Advisors does not install, operate or guarantee provider services, and is compensated by providers when clients purchase through it.
